I have been in the health and fitness field for over 16 years now and have really grown in my passion for helping people. I started in just personal training services, expanded my knowledge into helping people recover from injury and/or health setbacks, am now specialized in health coaching through all stages and types of cancer, and have worked in the Cardiac Rehab scene helping people recuperate from heart & pulmonary events to improve quality of life and improve life health choices that make a big impact on longevity.

I offer all new patients a free 30min consultation to get to know you and your health journey. We discuss current health status, attainable goals, and guide you in your options to achieve those goals.

You may work solo with me, as a couple, or as a group with like-minded individuals. In the near future, I will be offering virtual group fitness classes to help you with accountability to show up and get it done.  Whether you're a busy mom (like myself) or just a go-getter and get side tracked with a million projects, I will help you stay focused on you and your health. Your health should be a priority in your life to keep the best quality of life for yourself.
